Seasoned Brussels Sprouts

Seasoned Brussels SproutsThis is what I call “loose cooking.” No measurements, just a dash of this and a dash of that!

Ingredients

  • Foil
  • One bundle Brussels sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  • Cut the “stem ends” off Brussels and cut in half.
  • Divide into individual servings in squares of foil, pull up ends to make a “foil bowl”
  • Sprinkle about a tablespoon of olive oil, a dash of Lawry’s and dash of black pepper, pull bowl closed
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
